15-Day Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the Potty Silencer must be returned with its original packaging and include all components originally included with the product.
Products that are damaged, altered, modified, incomplete, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Condition
Because Potty Silencer is intended for use in a bathroom environment, returned products must be reasonably clean and in a condition suitable for inspection and processing.
Potty Silencer LLC reserves the right to refuse a return when a product has been excessively used, damaged through misuse, intentionally altered or modified, or returned in an unsanitary condition, subject to applicable law.
Starting a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Do not send a return until you have contacted us and received return instructions. This helps ensure that your return is sent to the correct location and can be properly identified and processed.
Return Shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except when required by law or when the return results from an error by Potty Silencer LLC.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Potty Silencer LLC is not responsible for return shipments that are lost before they are received by us.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
